FUTURE MOMS CLUB Make mom friends at The Rainbow! Future moms and new moms welcome to this free event. Come eat pregnancy-friendly snacks and have NA drinks with us while we introduce you to the women that could become your village. Mom friends are our most valuable resource, so we are throwing a fun, comfortable gathering to bring women together who will lean on each other for advice, camaraderie, rant sessions, and everything in-between during early motherhood and beyond. We'll have a doula on hand for a Q&A session and to answer individual questions about giving birth and postpartum life, as well as a demo of pregnancy-friendly movement from Freya Movement Studio. Freya Movement Studio is a NYC-based prenatal and postpartum wellness space offering science-backed group fitness classes, private training, birth and postpartum doula support, and community-centered resources to empower expecting and new parents with strength, confidence, education, and compassionate care. Plus, there will be goodie bags with gifts from our partners!
