Important across her oeuvre is her longstanding interest in the protean nature of identity, meaning, and perception, as well as the notion of doubling; issues which continue to propel Horn’s practice. On 4 April, Hauser & Wirth will open an exhibition by acclaimed American artist Roni Horn at the gallery’s location on Wooster Street. Known for her conceptually oriented work in a diverse array of media, Horn will present a new series of works on paper alongside six cast-glass sculptures that explore new geometries and further the artist’s ongoing interest in identity, interpretation and multiplicity.
