RSVPs appreciated but not required. About the musicians Scott Stein is a Kensington-based pianist, songwriter, composer and music director. His plain-spoken vocal delivery calls to mind Paul Simon's everyman-poet while his piano chops have garnered comparisons to Bruce Hornsby and Elton John. His latest EP Uphill, released in 2022, was designed as a sort of song-cycle about grief, loss and ultimately coming out on the other side. In addition to his songwriting, Scott is a sought-after collaborator, accompanist and choral composer and conductor. [hidden] Bucky Hayes is a Brooklyn based singer/songwriter. Solo, or with his band Bucky Hayes and the Radio, he has been putting his own spin on his country, soul and rock n roll influences with his original tunes since 2002. More Info below.
