Join us at our new coffee lab for our first public coffee tasting and taste the freshest farm-to-cup coffee ☕️ Discover the diversity of Colombian coffees with a coffee cupping from some of our long-term producer partners, as well as some rare limited edition offerings, led by Education Director James McCarthy. Founded in Colombia in 2006, we've been roasting in Brooklyn since 2014. We source our beans directly from our network of independent coffee producers throughout Colombia, dry-mill them at our facility in Bogotá, and quickly send them to our roaster in New York vía FedEx. A few days later, the beans arrive in Brooklyn, to be freshly roasted and served as quickly as possible, going from origin to cup as fast as 10 days, lightyears quicker than the industry norm of 6-12 months. Our longstanding relationships with producers on the ground allow us to find rare, microlot coffees, from unique varieties like Wush Wush, to unconventional processing methods like extended fermentation and thermal shock. This in-person event is perfect for the coffee curious or the serious coffee enthusiast - anyone looking to expand their palate and discover new flavors.
