I'm Fine Opening Reception

Jackson Junge Gallery is starting off their 2026 season with I’M FINE, a solo exhibition featuring the paintings of in-house artist, Sam Arnold. I’M FINE will be an introspective art exhibition reflecting on the unique intersection of mental health and creative expression. The show is a documentation of Arnold’s health journey, exploring whether their artwork reflects the intensity of what they’re going through, or if they’ve simply become really good at masking pain. Most people don’t realize Arnold’s work is deeply personal—they just see “happy paintings.” But each one is their way of escaping, of traveling when they physically can’t. I’M FINE will offer a window into the evolving landscape of Arnolds’s internal and external world. Join us for an opening reception Friday, January 16th from 6-9pm.
