Free Monthly Sound Bath W/Yoga Six Point Loma

Step into deep stillness with a restorative sound bath experience infused with yoga-based meditation, rhythmic drumming, and the healing tones of crystal singing bowls. This isn’t a concert — it’s a full-body reset. We’ll begin with light breathwork to ground the body, followed by a guided meditation. Then, settle in as you're surrounded by resonant frequencies from bowls, drums, and layered sound textures designed to release stress, balance your nervous system, and drop you into a meditative state. Expect:— Crystal singing bowls, frame drum, chimes & other sound tools— Meditation guidance for inner calm— A deeply immersive, restful experience This session will be held indoors in the studio (not on the lawn), creating a quiet, cozy environment ideal for sound healing. Part of our monthly sound bath series at Yoga Six Point Loma. The sound healing will be inside at Yoga Six at Liberty Station, behind the Trader Joe's & Cold Stone Creamery.
