Trans Day Of Remembrance Service

Join Windy City Performing Arts and the Windy City Chamber Quire at the Trans Day of Remembrance Service. The service will bring our community together to memorialize the members of the Trans community that have been lost to violence over the last year. We come together to grieve and bear witness through our acts of remembrance but also to stand with our trans siblings in the call for justice. The service will be led by members of WCPA and musically by the Windy City Chamber Quire, Artistic Director Dr. Christopher Owen, and Associate Artistic Director, Ligia Pucci. Free will offering will be collected to fund a commission from a trans composer. Your donations will help make a trans voice be heard in perpetuity through their music. More Info below.
