Drawing from years of creative practice across visual art and music-making, she'll show you how breath can shift your state, what flow actually looks like in action, and how working with hardware synthesizers and other physical instruments supports staying present and engaged. You'll leave with breathing techniques you can use immediately to reconnect with yourself and the joy and freedom in your creative work. Bio Angelica Hay is an interdisciplinary artist, musician, certified breathwork facilitator and Ayurvedic health instructor based in Los Angeles. She started Breath/Work to share how intentional breathing can help creatives navigate stress, stay inspired, and feel more in control of their process and day to day life.
