From smooth jazz to house, and r&b - the vibes will be vibing!! Get ready to move your body through breath and movement connection with FlowithT teacher Tay, AND to the beats of our amazing DJ, SuprMood! Vendors will also be on site with refreshments, permanent jewelry, and more! This FREE in-person event will be a great opportunity to meet new people; community-connection, promote personal growth, wellness, and of course soak up the sun! ☀️ The weather will be amazing, so let's spend the morning outdoors and pouring into ourselves!
