About the Artists New International Encounter (NIE) is a motley crew of multilingual, multinational artists who believe theater is an international language. Bridging backgrounds and boundaries, their productions mix live music with physical theater and tour for up to 200 days a year. Based in both England and Norway, NIE creates new shows in co-production with venues and theater companies across Europe. Cambridge Junction has been a celebrated producer of live performances for over 20 years. They work extensively with young people and local artists and believe strongly in the importance of removing barriers so everyone can be a part of the creative process.
