Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy invites Texas state legislators and their staff members to a special lunchtime policy briefing at the Texas State Capitol on Monday, Oct. 20, from noon to 2:00 pm. Hear from Baker Institute Director David M. Satterfield and meet experts in public finance, health, technology, security, and more. This is a unique opportunity to meet our Rice-based scholars in Austin and explore their evidence-based, nonpartisan research on a broad range of Texas policy issues.
