The Elegant Dead: Trapped with Dolls is a Southern gothic short film told by two ghostly narrators. The story moves between two haunting [hidden] is a house sitter tormented by an ancient ghost and demonic dolls in a New Orleans mansion.The Lady in White a spectral figure reliving a dangerous romantic encounter at a Victorian party, filmed inside Phoenix’s historic Rosson House. Blending atmosphere, suspense, and the supernatural, the film asks: In a world of shadows, who is truly alive—and who is already dead? 🎬 Following the screening, join us for a live Q&A with the filmmakers. The author will read from her new ghost book.
