To complement the experience, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will guide local and visiting diners along a laid back and memorable culinary journey. Gretch is a pop-grunge, bilingual singer-songwriter and (occasional) actress from the cotton-candy-sky valley, itself. She puts her own mezzo-soprano twist on a variety of classic rock, indie/alt, pop, Spanish, and more. She owes much to The Smashing Pumpkins for influencing her minor, dream-tone guitar style, and to Lana del Rey, for the juxtaposing, dark to feathery vocals! Further influenced by her dromomania, she tends to capture lyrics from conversations through human encounters and transformational relationships. Before/during the pandemic, she lived in Madrid where she experimented with electric-pop, reggae, and punk artists, and fell in love with the Spanish language. The following year, she moved to Argentina to film a short documentary and collaborate with local rockers to perform and record originals for the film’s soundtrack. More Info below.
