With a background in fine arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and training from the French Pastry School, her work blends playful design with refined technique. Previously the Head Pastry Chef at Allez Café in Chicago (where she became known for her miso chocolate chip cookies), she now run Hello Clown full-time. Ellissa will be popping up with her famous chocolate chip cookies and pastry boxes for you to enjoy! The fun doesn't stop there! Emily Christopherson of EMRIS Ceramics will be popped up with her collection of minimal, functional tablewares. Shop the full collection at The Center!
