Kristallnacht Commemoration Event

Join us for a powerful Kristallnacht commemoration featuring Requiem Ebraico by Holocaust survivor Eric Zeisl—a moving tribute to his father and the victims of the Shoah. Originally conceived as a memorial work, this profound composition for soloists, choir, and orchestra has become one of Zeisl’s most frequently performed pieces. The program features Dr. Noreen Green, Founding Artistic Director of the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony, Kol Ha’am: Voice of the People choir, Cantors Mark Childs, Elizabeth Kerstein, and Lisa Peicott, and solo by LA Philharmonic cellist Barry Gold. Special guest Randol Schoenberg—grandson of Eric Zeisl—will speak on the legacy of his grandfather’s music and memory. Experience an unforgettable evening of remembrance, resilience, and the enduring power of Jewish music. More Info below.
