✨ Nourish & Nudge Not Your Grandma’s Potluck  A journey through the body, the psyche, and the sacred. 🔥 Come hungry. Leave stirred. 🔥 You’re invited to a new kind of potluck—where we feed more than just your belly. This month’s focus: safety and sovereignty in real-time connection. We’ll explore what happens in your body when things get tense—when someone’s upset, the energy shifts, or the room feels “off.”  You’ll walk away with:  🌀 A felt sense of your own engagement and withdrawal patterns  🌀 Language to name your inner state—without needing a story  🌀 Practice choosing how (or if) you want to respond in charged moments Whether you tend to lean in, check out, appease, or armor up, this evening is an invitation to notice—without needing to fix. Just awareness, breath, and honest reflection. Nourish & Nudge is a monthly gathering of community, shared food, and embodied experience. It’s not a workshop. It’s not a party. It’s something in between—a living experiment in nervous system literacy, playful self-discovery, and soulful connection. Each night blends:  – 🍲 A shared meal (yes, bring something delicious)  – 🔥 A guided experience or embodied teaching  – 💫 Space to connect, integrate, and just be We’ll touch on themes like Tantra, conscious kink, altered states, shadow work, communication, emotional mastery, and more—all with a spirit of curiosity, consent, and fun. Whether you're a curious first-timer or a seasoned seeker, there’s something here for you. 🕰️ Evening Flow 6:30 – 7:30 PM  🍲 Potluck & Presence  Arrive, connect, graze, and ground. Bring something delicious (see below for info) to share and ease into the evening with food and friendly faces. 7:30 – ~9:00 PM  🔥 Structured Experience  Drop into a guided group practice rooted in the night’s theme (see above). 9:00 – 10:00 PM  💞 Connection, Conversation, and Cuddles (if you want)  Wind down with soft intimacy—cozy chats, casual touch, or simply soaking in the afterglow with your new favorite people.  🍴 What to Bring We invite you to bring a dish that feeds more than just the belly—something nourishing for the mind, body, and spirit. ✨ Meat is welcome.  ✨ Doritos… maybe not this time.  ✨ Bonus points if it’s colorful, homemade-ish, or full of good vibes. Not a cook? No problem. Fruit platters, hearty dips, roasted veggies, or your favorite “accidentally healthy” snack from the store are all perfect. If you have a cushion or something comfy to sit on, bring it along. Come solo, bring a friend, or show up with your curiosity. Just know—you’ll leave a little more connected than when you arrived. This offering is donation-based—come as you are, and if you’re feeling moved and able, consider contributing ($20 suggested). This isn’t your grandma’s potluck. But she’d probably be intrigued.
