Netball America’s national founding member club, the Los Angeles Waves Netball Club will be hosting it’s 20th year anniversary of International Netball Day on Saturday May 24. The event is free to the public and free parking at Victoria Park, 419 M.L.K. Jr. St, Carson, CA 90746. The event will run from 9am to 3pm and will see primarily women and girls from different cultural communities travel to Los Angeles for this event. This event unites all the cultures that represent Netball in the USA where players come together to play for their home country. In addition to those born in the USA, this event is represented by players who were born in Australia, NZ, UK, Jamaica, South Africa etc. “Los Angeles Waves Netball Club is excited to host International Day alongside with all the different cultures celebrating with us.
