Join us in Wellness!In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the DMA is partnering with Yena to provide activities that merge art and wellness for the community.Join us for a workshop led by Stefanie Tovar, Healing Artist and Founder/CEO of Yena, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting Love and Joy through intentional approaches to wellness that include yoga, meditation, and more! Together, we will immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Indigenous American Art galleries, engaging in meditation, breathwork, and mindful journaling as part of this reflective experience.
