Blankets & Bites: A Nanny Picnic In The Park

Join the Chicago Nanny Social Club for a cozy, family style picnic at the park near Green City Market! This Saturday morning meet up is all about slowing down, soaking up the spring vibes, and meeting new nanny friends over good food. Meeting is completely dependent on weather, so let's all cross our fingers that we get everyones favorite Chicago Spring weather. This event is free to attend, but we ask that everyone bring a shareable snack, dish, or drink, or if you prefer to snack on your own dish, bring your own! Whether it’s homemade, picked up at the market, or something easy from your favorite store. Please also bring your own blanket or mat to sit on, as we’ll be spread out picnic-style on the grass. We will be meeting in the grassy field next to the farmers market. 📩 RSVP is required, as space is limited for this more intimate gathering. When you RSVP, you’ll be asked to share what you’re bringing and let us know of any allergies so we can plan accordingly and make sure everyone feels safe and included (email [hidden] for any questions, or let us know what you plan to bring!) Parking is a bit tricky. There is paid street parking around, but difficult to find closeby. If you are up for a little walk, the Lincoln Park Zoo parking lot is a short walk away. Carpooling, public transportaion are highly reccomended to take away the stress of typical Chicago street parking. We can’t wait to snack, chat, and hang out with you in the sunshine! More Info below.
