Please join the Block/Henderson Duo for Women’s History Month as they present a free recital of music for flute and piano written and/or arranged by female composers. The audience will be led on a journey through three centuries, taking delight in the lyrical melodies of Amy Marcy Beach, Florence Price, Eugenie Rocherolle, and Kathleen Vadala, and will be tapping their toes to the exciting rhythms of Avril Coleridge-Taylor, Amanda Harberg, Mary D.
