North and Northwest Reading Captains invite parents, caregivers, and those passionate about children's right to read to come spring into literacy with books, giveaways, and resources that will support and empower the community in cultivating a love of literacy and learning! This is a FREE event open to families, caregivers, and every person dedicating to ensure children have high quality books and families have the resouces needed to support their reading journey.
