World Down Syndrome 2025 Due to a generous grant from the City of Peoria, DSNetwork and GiGi's Playhouse Phoenix are excited to welcome you to the World Down Syndrome 2025 event! World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) is a global awareness day officially recognized on March 21st. The date for WDSD being the 21st day of the 3rd month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome. Join us for an unforgettable day of fun, connection, and celebration! This in-person event brings together individuals with Down syndrome, their families, caregivers, and advocates to honor diversity and promote inclusion. Together, we'll raise awareness and celebrate the unique strengths and talents of individuals with Down syndrome. Mark your calendar and join the festivities—At check-in, individuals with Down syndrome will receive a voucher that can be exchanged for a free meal. More Info below.
