This meet-up is not sanctioned by SARR at this time and is a casual gathering of running friends only (Run On Your Own). This run is not supported by signage or any hydration provided. Join us only if you bring all of your own food and drink. Please do not attend if you feel sick or are experiencing a cold or any flu-like symptoms - No food or water will be provided at this meet-up - โข What we'll do Let's get our week started off on the right (or left!) foot with an easy Monday morning run! The route is an easy-ish out and back 4 miles...you can do less or more distance, runner preference! Route information is below. It is DARK outside, so bring something to light your way. We are running on the streets/sidewalks, so I recommend you wear lighted or reflective clothing. Please bring your own hydration, if desired. โข What to bring Light, reflective clothing, hydration, healthy body :) ** Route info ** Head out of Target parking lot using driveway on the RT 3 & 4 mile routes (out & back): LT on Westwood Loop RT on Wild Pine RT on Lone Star Pkwy Turn around at Violet Cove (for 3mi) - do TWO of these for the 10k distance!
