Morris Arboretum Private Guided Tour And Book Discussion🌳

Come with me, self-professed tree hugger, as we take a private tour thru the Morris Arboretum, followed by a discussion of the book The Hidden Life Of Trees by Peter Wohlleben. This is a charming and fascinating little book that spent time on the NYT bestseller list and was made into a documentary, available on Amazon Prime and elsewhere. We will be led on a private tour by an experienced docent that will take us thru the lovely grounds while focusing on the native trees that thrive in our area. After our tour, we will find a comfortable spot on the grounds to enjoy some snacks while discussing the book and all we learned. Outside food is permitted, so bring drinks and something to nibble on. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Only severe weather will cause the cancelation by the arboretum. There is free, on-site parking. Meet outside the visitors center. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can say our hellos and introduce ourselves. These docents are all volunteers so we want to be respectful of thier time and start our tour promptly:) To register for this event, payment must be received BY SEPTEMBER 23.
