Donation-Based Community Yoga Event

Join myself and my co-leads in Gaia Yoga School's trainings Kelly and Justice, for an amazing event on Monday 7/15 at 5:30pm at Redwood Circle in Balboa Park ***when you put Redwood Circle in your GPS it will take you to a parking lot far away. Instead turn right on Upas onto Balboa Drive, and park on Balboa Drive before you reach El Prado! There is a ton of parking here and you will be right next to Redwood Circle ◡̈. This gathering a chance to experience the heart and soul of Gaia Yoga School! We will be guiding a vinyasa flow with pranayama, meditation, and a sound healing infused savasana! This is a donation-based class, and afterwards we will hold an info session for our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training. Come enjoy class and community, and if you choose to stay for the info session, the class is free! Don't forget to bring a yoga mat, hat/sunscreen if it's sunny, layers if it's chilly, and anything else you need to be comfortable outdoors! Save the date, and invite your friends!
