Probably not eliminate these things, but help you to find a more peaceful way through, soften the interpersonal edges, and keep you more grounded. Qi Gong is a self practice that will enhance your immune system, and lubricate the gears of your internal functions -- the metabolism (weight, and making energy from your food), respiratory system (breathing), circulatory system (blood), endocrine system (hormones), limbic (emotions) and lymphatics (immune). Wear clothes that are comfortable. All movements can be modified to accommodate restrictions in your movements.
