Raising Consciousness Ecstatic Dance, Cacao & Healing

Beloved Texas Ecstatic Dance family, I'm thrilled and honored to present to you our latest community effort to bring together all generations of Ecstatic Dancers, magical sound healing, and body/energy healing by offering a reasonably-priced, sober event in the new Austin Ecstatic Dance Center! This will have Friday night vibes, dark lighting, and lounge areas to hang out in, all in a conscious, substance-free space. We'll start with a slow relaxing warm-up dance, do an opening circle to connect and set expectations, the main dance wave, and then immediately move into a sound healing session with Liria, who plays her magical flutes to expand consciousness and relax our nervous systems, and Markbob, who plays many instruments and creates numerous vibration-raising sound experiences.
