Release the stress and tensions of city living with a solid hour of musical meandering in a green space! Designed to soothe your mind, body, and soul while honoring our planet. Experience the healing power of nature with a guided walk through the lush trails and gentle slopes of Fern Dell. Immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of the forest, accompanied by songs, poems and stories curated for this experience. During the walk, Cortney will lead you in mindful observation, inviting you to connect with the sights, sounds, and sensations of the environment around you. Take this opportunity to breathe deeper, feel the earth beneath your feet, and connect with your heart. Open to all ages and fitness levels, a welcoming space to unwind and cultivate gratitude. Together we will relax and inspire one another while enjoying the natural beauty of this world we get to live in! DAY-OF DETAILS Cost: $0 You will need: comfortable shoes for outdoor walking, a phone with cell data and headphones Meet: The Trails Cafe (the cafe closes at 5pm, so arrive early if you would like to grab a snack before the walk) Parking: Street parking is plentiful all around the meeting point, with a handful of diagonal parking spots (not parallel) next to the cafe. Kid-friendly? Go at your own pace to acommodate strollers and little ones. We will have three points of connection over the course of the walk, but the bulk of our time allows for freedom to go where you please, in whatever way you prefer.
