On Monday, April 8, 2024, Helotes, Texas will be in the path of totality for the Great North American Eclipse – a total solar eclipse. This means the moon will completely block out the sun for 2 minutes and 40 seconds beginning at 1:32 p.m. Partial Eclipse Begins: 12:14 p.m. Totality Begins: 1:32 – 1:35 p.m. Let’s have an eclipse pot luck and BYOB party.
