Plainsong Workshop With Thomas Wilson

Learn how to read, sing, and interpret plainsong. This event at St John's is directed by Thomas Wilson, Musical Director of NYC's new School of Sacred Music (based at General Theological Seminary). All music provided on the day. Just bring a pencil and a bottle or flask of water. This workshop is in preparation for a liturgical performance of plainsong repertoire on the evening of Friday 5 January (Twelfth Night - the Eve of the Epiphany), but you do not need to be committed to that event to attend and enjoy this workshop and the following (3pm Saturday 16 December).
