Green Beret Ryan Stovall Reading/Talk

Join Green Beret Ryan Stovall for a reading from his first book, Black Snowflakes Smothering A Torch, and a candid discussion of veterans' PTSD. Although he was twice cited for valor and awarded two Purple Hearts, Ryan left the Army struggling with PTSD. Since then he has found the creative arts helpful in dealing with his symptoms. His goals are to de-stigmatize conversations about PTSD and help improve the degree of understanding between veterans and civilians.A Q&A and a book signing will follow the reading/talk.
