With the program Short Export – Made in Germany 2022, a compilation of outstanding German short films once again travels the world! The six films were selected from over 400 German submissions to the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and illustrate the artistic, stylistic, and thematic diversity of German short film making today. Ranging from animation to experimental documentary, these films are at turns suspenseful, bizarre, and humorous. This screening is presented by the Goethe-Institut Chicago in partnership with Comfort Film, Comfort Station. The event is free and open to the public, but please register in advance.
