* Bootcamp with Sam Amado of Weigh Better U *Weigh Better U Fitness Studio (Everett, MA) is back again this year for The Anchor’s Waterfront Wellness Series!Join us Saturday mornings at 10 am for a total body workout that can be tailored to any level of fitness. Workouts incorporate equipment such as dumbbells, steppers, kettlebells and weighted slam balls provided by Weigh Better U. Workouts will vary week to week, incorporating resistance exercises, aerobic movements, and, bodyweight training.
