Held at the historic Park Avenue Armory in New York City, The Winter Show highlights a dynamic mix of works dating from ancient times through the present day and maintains the highest standards of quality in the art market. Each object at the fair is vetted for authenticity, date, and condition by a committee of 150 experts from the United States and Europe. The nation’s longest continuously operating fair, the Show celebrates its 65th Anniversary Sapphire Jubilee in 2019. Coinciding with New York’s Americana Week, Museum Night brings together professionals from the world’s leading cultural institutions to meet our 70 renowned exhibitors and preview their exceptional offerings while enjoying wine, light refreshments, and remarks by Museum Night Honorary Chair Luke Syson, Director Elect, The Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge. Among the fair’s many highlights will be our loan exhibition from the Nantucket Historical Association, Collecting Nantucket / Connecting the World.
