The Monday Night Improv Jam (Free)

If you're interested in getting on a stage in a low pressure environment to try some improv, this jam is for you! I have reserved space at the basement stage of the Triple Crown Ale House. We will likely to do some warmups, 2-person scenes, and then do some short sets with other more veteran improvisers. Participate as much or as little as you would like. Or simply come and watch!All who attend will get to do 2-person scenes and a bigger jam set at the end! This is the most low pressure fun performance opportunity out there - perfect for all! If you're think you're ready, you're ready! All scenes will be inspired by a suggestion of a random word from the audience.I've also invited improvisers from the NYC improv community to attend as well. So you may get to play with some veteran improvisers as well.-This jam will start at 8pm-9pm and is every 2nd, 4th, 5th Mondays of every month! There is a free improv show afterwards from 9pm-10pm, so you can also see how more experienced improvisers perform. - Directions: 330 7th Ave (Triple Crown Bar), go to the back of the bar through the red door and down the stairs to the Basement Theater -Only Triple Crown purchased food or drinks allowed in the basement.
