Free Admission Wednesday at Brooklyn Botanic Garden - see INFO below. Brooklyn Botanic Garden is in the final stretch of a decade-long series of site-improvement projects. Through summer 2019, portions of the Garden will be closed for construction as new garden spaces and a series of accessibility projects are completed. There is still much to enjoy at the Garden! Dont miss these must-see destinations: The Water Garden, now in its second year, beautifully grown in with flowers and foliage; The Discovery Garden, featuring free programming for families from early spring through late fall; Magnolia Plaza, Cherry Esplanade, the Rose Garden, the Herb Garden, and the Rock Garden, in bloom in spring and summer and lovely throughout the year; Lily Pool Terrace, with water-lilies and an annual border bursting with vibrant summer blooms.
